Tucked away in a small corner of the Guinness World Records Museum is a small figure of the shortest woman ever recorded by the Guinness World Records organization. Pauline Musters was born in the Netherlands in 1876 and died in New York City in 1895.
A closer view of the figure. The material used for most of the Guinness World Records Museum figures seems to be some sort of fiberglass or other synthetic material, but it's not too far from the feel of many newer figures at museums like Madame Tussaud's.

The Guinness World Records Museum had a small display about Michael Jackson. The record breaking musician's record "Thriller" has sold more copies world wide than any other album. Like several other museums, they have Jackson during his "Bad" phase.

A figure of Shigechiyo Izumi sits at the Guinness World Records Museum in Hollywood as the representation of the world's oldest man to ever live. The Japanese man lived from 1865-1986, a total of 120 years and 237 days. To date, he is the oldest living man to be verified, and the second oldest person behind Frenchwoman Jeanne Calment. She lived to be 122 years and 164 days.
A closer shot of the figure. Next to him are pictures of historic events which happened during his lifespan. These include such things as the invention of the light bulb and telephone , to the resignation of President Richard Nixon.

Today we see a figure of the longest necked woman in the world. Well, an example of a Padaung woman in Burma. The longest recorded neck length is 15.75 inches. They use copper coils to stretch the neck to the desired length.

Today's post shows a figure from the Guinness World Records Museum. This firewalker seems to have no problem standing on hot coals. In reality, he would need to keep up a faster pace to avoid burning. I'm not sure who this is supposed to be. It wouldn't have killed me to take a picture of the informative sign so I could remember. It may be Komar the Firewalker, who once held the record, but I have no clue who it is. Nice figure though.

Here's a shot of Martin Henshaw swallowing swords at the Guinness World Records Museum. In April 2000, he swallowed 14 swords at on time. This is quite an accomplishment, as one sword is difficult enough.

This figure may be of an older record holder, but I do not know who it is. I often spend too much times admiring the figures and not reading descriptions. This shot is for the Guinness world record for the highest dive into shallow water. The record is currently held by Danny Taylor, Who past 
Splash! I do not understand how anyone could stand trying this stunt, but I suppose making it into the record book is so desirable that the pain is worth it for him.
This shot gives a better idea of how the display is lighted. The old man is about to pull off one amazing belly flop. The record for this stunt is diving over 29.5 feet into about 12 inches of water.
This is a shot of Kystyne Kolorful, the world record holder for most tattooed woman. It is estimated that she has over 95% of her body covered. Some of the exhibits here at the museum are not quite up to date, and I do not know if the record still stands. It is reported that she shares the record with Julia Gnuse, and that they are tied in the percentage of coverage.
Kind of a strange figure. Not exactly wax, but still fits the category. Her hair is sort of strange, but it goes well with the rest of her style.
Quite an unusual place, the Guinness World Records Museum in Hollywood houses several wax figures, and Michael Jackson just happens to be the very first one presented. Jackson holds quite a few world records in the music category. The museum shows many of his achievements; records sold, etc. Apparently, Michael Jackson was once very popular. Notice his strange outfit and its "Bad" belt buckle.
Another view shows Michael up close. This figure is not exactly the most recent "version" of Jackson, but represents perhaps the MJ that most people remember. He looks so confident and cool, not freaky and eccentric.
